The Fund was created to improve energy conditions in homes in the municipality through the progressive co-financing of measures to promote renovation, decarbonisation and energy efficiency in homes.

What can be financed by the Municipal Green Fund?

🔹 Biomass boilers and stoves
🔹 More efficient household appliances
🔹 Thermal insulation (roofs, floors, walls, entrance doors)
🔹 Windows
🔹 Photovoltaic panels for self-consumption
🔹 Solar thermal systems for water heating
🔹 Water heaters in exchange for gas water heaters

Who can benefit? 

Families in the 1st to 4th income tax brackets | Applications through IPSS 

              • Own or rented permanent housing  
              • Support in preparing applications • Support in preparing applications
              • Pre-financing via IPSS – Private Social Solidarity Institutions
              • Co-payment rate: up to 100% p>

Families in the 5th or 6th IRS brackets | Applications via the Cascais Public Benefits Platform

             • Owned or rented permanent residence  
             • Reimbursement up to €10,000
             • Contribution rate: up to 80% • Registration with MyCascais
