Destinatários: PMES com autonomia financeira pré-projecto mínima de 15%

Constitui Atividade Elegível:

• Máquinas e equipamentos (incluindo PT e Central Fotovoltaica);
• Intangible assets (software, technology transfer, etc.);
• Construction (limited to 35% of the total eligible investment);
• Studies, diagnostics, plans and marketing, architectural and engineering projects;
• Consultancy (studies and projects, marketing plans, etc.)

Examples of Expenses:

• The creation of a new establishment;
• The increase in capacity of an existing establishment;
• The diversification of production at an establishment;
• A fundamental change in the overall production process;

Support:

The incentives to be granted may reach 40% (base rate + surcharges) as non-repayable grants:

• Base rate: 25% for medium-sized enterprises and 30% for micro and small enterprises

Increases:

• “Industry 4.0” – operations in the area of Industry 4.0;
• “Climate Transition” – operations in areas that contribute significantly to Climate Transition objectives – maximum 10pp

ii. Creation of qualified jobs - maximum 5 pp

iii. SME capitalization: 5%. Operations whose private component is financed primarily by capital are anticipated.
