With the aim of encouraging the adoption of electric vehicles and reducing carbon emissions, the programme offers subsidies and favourable conditions for the installation of charging stations in apartment building garages. The measure is available to condominiums that wish to equip their common areas with charging infrastructure, allowing residents who own electric vehicles to charge their cars conveniently and efficiently without leaving home.

This incentive promotes the installation of electric vehicle chargers in condominiums, with support of up to 80% of the value of the charger purchase, limited to €800 per station, and 80% of the cost of electrical installation, up to €1,000 per parking space. 

The Environmental Fund will allow the installation of one charger per condominium owner, with a maximum of 10 chargers per condominium or per CPE (Delivery Point Code), provided that the system is integrated into the Mobi.E network. In addition, the State will cover the Electric Mobility Management Entity (EGME) fee for a period of two years for beneficiaries who register as Charging Point Owners (DPC).
