Target audience: SMEs in the Central Region (except Aveiro), in the Extractive and Manufacturing Industries and Tourism sectors (Hotels, Rural Tourism, etc.), with a minimum pre-project financial autonomy of 15%.

• Extractive and manufacturing industries (CAE 05 to 33); 

• Tourism: Hotels (CAE 551); Rural tourism (CAE 55202); Restaurants (CAE 56101 and 56104); Camping and caravan parks (CAE 55300); Tourist entertainment (CAE 93293)

Eligible Activities:

• Machinery and equipment (including PT and Photovoltaic Power Plant);
• Intangible assets (software, technology transfer, etc.);
• Construction (limited to 60% of the total eligible investment);
• Studies, diagnostics, plans and marketing, architectural and engineering projects;
• Consultancy (studies and projects, marketing plans, etc.);
• Certification costs, costs of designing and registering new brands

Examples of expenses:

• Equipment/machinery, hardware and software;
• Construction of buildings, renovation works and other construction (limit: 60% of the total eligible amount);
• Intangible assets;
• Audits for certification, marketing plans, engineering services (Limit: 5% of eligible investment);
• Consultancy, including TOC/ROC expenses for the validation of payment requests);
• Costs for the certification of products, processes or services, costs for the design and registration of new brands;
• Indirect costs (Limit: 5% of eligible investment).

Support:

• 50% non-repayable support - low-density areas;
• 40% non-repayable support - other areas.
